The silver Mercedes-Benz V-Class is a luxury MPV seating up to 7 passengers with generous luggage space. Share passenger and luggage details when enquiring.
Drop-off before your first treatment (usually 09:30 or 10:00), collection 6 to 8 hours later. We wait or leave and return — either works.

Swinton's dress code for the bar after 18:00 is smart — we can bring a shoe swap from home
Either. For treatments under 4 hours it's usually cheaper for us to wait; longer than that we go home and re-collect at your call.
Can you deliver flowers or a gift to the room before we arrive?
Yes — regular request for anniversary bookings. Give us 48 hours' notice and we'll co-ordinate with the hotel concierge.
It's Ruinart or Charles Heidsieck — not supermarket own-label. £25 covers ice, flutes, and delivery on the return leg.
