Delivery and collection run on a fixed schedule. The collection time is agreed with the parent who books, not renegotiated on the night, and the same chauffeur is at both ends so there is never a stranger waiting outside the venue.
If you would like photographs at home before the car leaves, build that into the collection time and the driver will wait while they are taken.

When to book
Book early if several friends are sharing, because agreeing the pick-up order between households takes time. Prom season falls in June and July, and most schools hold their proms within a few weeks of each other. Book six to twelve weeks ahead to be sure of the date. Friday evenings go first.
